CONFERENCE REGISTRATION NOTES
All technical sessions and social functions will take place at the Francis Marion Hotel. One day registrations are not available.
To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment (not your payment commitment) must be postmarked by May 1, 2009.
Students from US Universities will have their registration subsidized. The amount is unknown currently and will depend on funds available.

+ Fee per workshop; register for both a Saturday AND a Sunday workshop and receive $200 discount ($100 for students).
WORKSHOP REGISTRATION NOTES
Workshops are priced separately from Conference Registration. All workshops will take place at the Francis Marion Hotel on Saturday June 20 and Sunday June 21, 2009. Please click here for additional information. Workshop space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
To qualify for the early workshop fee, your payment (not your payment commitment) must be postmarked by May 1, 2009. Cancellations are accepted until June 5, 2009. After that date, a cancellation will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
Should a workshop be cancelled due to low attendance, refunds will be given 2-4 weeks following the conference.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. If not using credit card, all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.
Please make checks payable to NAMS 2009. If you prefer to mail your registration, please download the registration form, complete and print it and mail with payment to Centennial Conferences.
If you prefer to fax or email your form, you must provide a valid credit card. Please email form to nams@centennialconferences.com.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences (contact information below).
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US$ 75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences by June 5, 2009.
Cancellation after June 5, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
PRE-REGISTRATION CUTOFF
Pre-registration closes at midnight, MST on Friday, June 5, 2009.
Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by Friday, June 5 in order to be processed as a pre-registration.
After June 5, 2009, registrations will not be accepted; one must register on-site.
